All orders are sent via Australia Post and will be processed within 2 to 5 business days. A flat shipping rate of $12 will apply for orders delivered in Australia and $30 for international orders. Free shipping within Australia when you spend over $89.

We hope to never cross this bridge however, should you wish to return your certified dope product, we'll generally offer you a refund within 30 days of your purchase on full priced products (we may also offer you a refund or exchange for faulty sale or discounted products). You'll understand that the product will have to be received by us in its original condition (shipping at your own cost). Products not in their original condition will be returned to you (we'll pay the shipping here). You're of course entitled to your consumer guarantees in accordance with Australian Consumer Law which is administered by the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission.
